June 10, 2010 SHERMAN - Billy J. "Rainmaker" Wilson of Sherman died Friday, June 4, 2010 at Sherman Healthcare Center. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Carrie White Chapel at Angelic Mortuary. Rev. Odell Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery. Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife Mildred Wilson; sons, Pat Scruggs, Joe Scruggs and Morris Dean Scruggs, all of Sherman; daughters, Betty Scruggs, Arlene Jones and Mallory Simmons, all of Sherman; brother, Ronnie Wilson of Wichita, Kan.; sisters, Alice Taylor of Phoenix, Ariz., Dorotha Wilson of Detroit, Mich. and Barbara Bobo and Ore Mae Jackson, both of Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
