 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Mass for James Neal were held Thursday morning, January 3, 2019 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sherman. Burial followed in West Hill Cemetery. He passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at his home in Denison. James was born November 28, 1948 in Quanah, Texas, son of Robert Oscar Neal and Carrie Mae Cook Neal. James married Rosario Romero on October 24, 1980 in Oklahoma. He is survived by is wife; son, Jose Romero and wife, Idalia, of Sherman; son, Guillermo Romero and wife, Claudia, of Sherman; son, Robert James Neal of Sherman; daughter, Cindy Zamarripa; sister, Frances Whitfield of Denison; 9 grandchildren, Luis, Angel, Paola Iveth, Michael, David, Kimberly, Daisy, Jimena, and Dulce; 5 great-grandchildren, Ava Grace, Noah Michael, David Ivan, Zayden Elan, Alexy; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Michael Neal. A Rosary service was held Wednesday evening, January 2, 2019 at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel.
