 The Saint Jo Tribune Friday, December 28, 1928 pg. 1 NOTED SURGEON DEAD Dr. E.J. Neathery of Sherman Died Christmas Night News was received in St. Jo on Thursday morning that Dr. E.J. Neathery of Sherman, one of the most prominent and successful surgeons and general practitioners in the state, died suddenly of congestion of the heart on Christmas night. Further particulars could not be obtained at press hour. Dr. Neathery was not only a famous physician and surgeon, but he was also a thoroughly reliable gentleman, and had many friends all over the State who will be shocked to learn of his untimely death.
