West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas Charles A. Key 1872 - 1939 Ina Woodrow Key 1867 - 1944 The Whitewright Sun Thursday, July 20, 1944 pg. 5 Funeral services were held Moday afternoon at the Dannel-Scott Chapel in Sherman for Mrs. Ina Lorene Key, of the Ida community, who died suddenly Sunday at a Sherman hospital. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. J.E. Montgomery of Ft. Worth. Interment was in West Hill Cemetery, Sherman with J.W. Chaney, Albert Thornton, D.F. Cannon, Jimmie Wheeler, J.A. Nossaman and Judge J.F. Holt as pallbearers. Mrs. Key was born March 15, 1867 in Adele, Iowa, daughter of A.D. and Martha Robey Woodrow. She came to Grayson County in 1884 and taught school in this county for 15 years. Her husband was the late C.A. Key, who passed away December 31, 1938. She was a member of the Whitewright Central Christian Church. Survivors are a son, Harold W. Key of Pilot Point; 2 daughters, Mrs. Rochelle Cannon of Hobbs, New Mexico; and Mrs. James A. Bowron of Grahan; 2 brothers, O.H. Woodrow of Sherman; and M.E. Woodrow of Corsicana; and 4 grandchildren.
