Benton Maxey of Caney, Oklahoma, which occurred at the home there Sunday. The body will be shipped to this city for burial, arriving here this afternoon, and funeral services will be held from the home of Judge Rice Maxey, No. 828 South Crockett street, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock.
