Harrell 16 September 1944 - 26 June 2000 Clara Harrell 7 June 1932 - 10 April 2012 wed 13 May 1983 The Herald Democrat April 11, 2012 Graveside services for Clara Harrell, 79, were held Thursday, April 12, 2012 at West Hill Cemetery with Pastor David Murphy officiating. Ms. Harrell died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Hilltop Haven in Gunter, Texas. Clara was born June 7, 1932 in Jasper, Alabama, daughter of Jasper and Augie Gurganus. She was raised in Jasper and worked for Burlington Industries as a weaver for 20-plus years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy; son Dana David; and several brothers and sisters. Clara is survived by her son, Clyde Byers and wife, Landa; grandson Cleve Byers; great-grandson, Talyn Byers, all of Sherman; and several nieces and nephews.
