 West Hill Cemetery Sherman, Texas  Lillie Jaco Sloan 1905 - 1990 Sherman Democrat Tuesday, January 16, 1990 Page A6 Services for Mrs. Lillie Jaco Sloan of 819 South Lyons, 85-year-old housewife who died Sunday at Wilson N. Jones Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Waldo Chapel. Rev. Rocky Pope of North Park Baptist Church officiated, and burial will be in West Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Sloan was born in Ellis County near Waxahachie, daughter of Phillip Clayton Lisman and Dora Rooer Lisman. She moved to Dorchester at the age of 5, and attended Dorchester and Sherman Public Schools. She married Doss Jaco September 2, 1922 in Sherman and after his death, she married O.B. Sloan in June 1959. She was a member of North Park Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Doris Talley of Sherman; stepson, David E. Sloan of Arlington; stepdaughters, Lorene Wilson of Richardson and Dorothy Ray of Fort Worth; sister, Dora Lee Stout of Beaver City, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 10n step grandchildren.
