Lee L. Klein Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Dannel and Horton Chapel for Lee L. Klein, 84, former Sherman resident, who died Thursday at his residence in Friendswood, a suburb of Houston. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery. Born in Flatonia, Texas, he spent his early life in Houston and attended schools there. He was married to Annie Laura Scott on July 28, 1924 in Houston and moved to Sherman where they made the home until six years ago when the returned to Houston. He was a machinist with the Frisco Railroad from 1926 to 1954 and he and Mrs. Klein were active in the old Huddle Youth Center for several years. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife; a son, Dr. Don Klein of Friendswood; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday.
