Murley 11 January 1911 - 14 May 1978  Services for Lois Murley Jennings, 95, of Sherman wrere held Monday morning, March 7, 2011 in the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Allen Snyder of Lakeway United Methodist Church officiated. Pallbearers were her grandchildren and honorary pallbearers were her great-grandchildren. Mrs. Jennings passed away March 5, 2011 at Stonebrook Assisted Living Center in Denison. Burial followed at West Hill Cemetery. Waldo Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Lois was born February 2, 1916 in Weston, Texas, daughter of Charles Thomas and Dora Evelina Layland Brown. She married Willard Jack Murley July 25, 1932 and he passed away May 14, 1978. In April 1981 she married Wylie Neal Jennings. He passed away May 7, 2007. Lois was a member of the Harvest Time Assembly of God Church, the First Baptist Triple L Club, Joy Club and an worked at the Dairy Queen for several years and also did home care. Lois loved gardening. Preceded in death by her husbands; brother, Charles Brown; and son, Weldon Murley, Lois is survived by her sons, Glen Murley and wife, Debbie, of Pottsboro, Texas; Jack Murley and wife, Lou, of Dallas, Texas; and Wayne Murley and wife, Jacque, of Greenville, Texas; daughters, Doris Carmichael and Pat Koon and Buck Mitchell, both of Sherman, Texas; 11 grandchildren; several great and great-great-grandchildren.
