Thursday, September 4, 1947 pg.4 Funeral services were held Friday at the Ida Baptist Church for Lester Lee Agee, who died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Agee, of the Ida community. The service was conducted by Rev. Elwood Carzan with interment in Cedar Cemetery. Pallbearers were John R. Ponder, Mitchell Burk, Elzie Smith, Houston Smith, Webster Smith and Jess Dodson. Glen Earnheart has charge of the funeral arrangements. Mr. Agee was born December 8, 1913 at Ida. He was married 8 years ago to Imogene Anderson in San Angelo. He was a member of the Baptist church. He is survived by one son, Wayne Van Agee, of San Angelo. He is also survived by his parents and one brother and four sisters.
