Ethel Louise was the third child and second daughter born to Herbert
Lehman Daniel and Abbie Lea Myers. She was born April 5, 1916.

In 1918 the family moved from Cooke County in 1919 to Wilbarger Co., Texas in a covered wagon. Ethel was three years old.
 Ethel's sister, Rena, wrote in one of her letters after 1936 :
Ethel
married William "Bill" Leverett; they lived in Wilbarger County for
their entire lives. Ethel was the first of the Daniel siblings to
