Frederick Walton is a machinist at MKT Shops.  He boards with Michael E. Eyre, a carpenter with the MKT Railway, who lives at 313 West Texas Street.  Also living there: Frederick C. Eyre, machinist with MKT; Miss Jane Eyre, seamstress at Misses E. & L. Thompson; Melvin A. Eyre, bridge carpenter; Simeon Eyre, bridge inspector, Texas & Pacific Railway; and William H. 1887-1888David W. Walton (colored) is Principal at Denison Colored Public School, located at southwest corner of West Bond Street and North Mirick Avenue.  He lives at 1202 West Day Street, at the corner of Perry Avenue.  [Source: City Directory]
Note: Later Walton School was named after David W. Walton.  He is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, where a monument was erected by the Odd Fellows in his memory.  He died in 1908.

Lebrecht and Myrtle Walton (Mrs. Louis H.) Lebrecht.  Two other Waltons are listed in the City Directory for this year.  One is Edward Walton, teller at State National Bank, who live at 610 West Gandy Street.  The other, whose name is illegible, is a telegraph operator for the MK&T Railway; he boards at 406 West Main Street.  [Source: City Directory; City of Denison Death Records]

Porter, "Presiding Elder, Sherman District."  Prior to this she was a stenographer who served as office secretary to Dr. Alex Acheson and worked at W.A.
