Taken
from Mr. G. [Graves] Miller
Mr.
Miller was born in Texas Nov. 23,
1859, in Grayson Co., where Denison now is.
His father came to Texas in 1839
and settled where he now lives and owned 640
acres, which is now about 1/6 of
Denison's residence portion. He lives where
he first settled, and the old
homestead [is] still there. Mr. J.K. Miller,
Mr. G. Miller's father, had 12
children, all who are still living in their
native State.
Mr.
Miller was [the] sixth child
in the family, and when old enough followed
in his father's footsteps, farming
and fruit growing, remaining in this
business until 1883, when he engaged in
the Real Estate business—which he now is in,
doing a General Real Estate,
Brokerage, Insurance, and Abstract of Title
business. Mr. Miller is handling
his additions to Denison, more than any
other property. Known as Miller's
Addition No. 1 and No. 2.
Was married in Texas to Miss Ringo
in 1881. Have a family of two (2) girls
and one (1) boy. Permanently located.
