The Burns family lived in Grayson county at the time the photo was made; I suspect they were in Cooke County that day for a funeral, wedding or something.  They also lived in Fannin County before moving to Grayson County. In fact, C.G. Burns married Mary Susan Cundiff (my maternal great-grandmother) in Fannin County in 1866.
