 DEATH OF LITTLE HERBERT WILSON
Little Herbert Wilson, aged 3 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Wilson, died at the home of his parents at Warden last Friday night and was buried in Warden cemetery Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Eld. Leo Johnston, pastor of the Christian church in Van Alstyne performing the last sad rites over his remains. A little more than a year ago little Herbert received a scratch on his limb, later blood poison developed, and still later tuberculosis of the bone set up, a number of operations performed in an attempt to save his life but everything proved in vain, and he passed away after more than a year of suffering. He was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson, well known citizens of the community. Herbert, though only 3 years of age, and notwithstanding his suffering for a year or more, was bright and cheerful to the end, and it was trying upon loved ones to see him go to his Heavenly home, for he will be missed. To the bereaved parents and other relatives this paper joins their many friends in sincere condolences,. May Heaven's richest blessings be upon them in their great sorrow.
