Elvira Catherine (Mullins), wife of William Edward "Willy" Sims (1 April 1849 - 13 September 1928), married 24 December 1876 in Bedford County, Tennessee. Willy is also buried in Warden Cemetery (unmarked). These are my great grandparents and are the parents of Oscar Lee Sims my grandfather. Oscar's 1st wife Sims, Alice Marie (Alley) I reported earlier as buried in Worden Cemetery. Alice is the daughter of Joseph "Joe" & Amanda "Mandy" (Jones) Alley; my great-grandparents married 15 July 1888 in Lauderdale County, Alabama and are buried in Bethel Cemetery south of Whitewright. Dates shown for Nancy Simms in Worden Cemetery are correct for Nancy Sims."
