 Whitesboro  Ira H. Ginnings 1893 - 1936 The Whitewright Sun Thursday, April 23, 1936 pg. 4 Several Whitewright friends of Ira H. Ginnings attended his funeral at Whitesboro Sunday afternoon. Services were held at the family home and were conducted by Rev. W.J. Epting of Celina and Rev. F.A. Tippen of Whitesboro. Mr. Ginnings, who was 42 years old, died of cancer of the liver Friday afternoon. He is survived by his wife; mother, Mrs. Molly Ginnings; 2 sons, Charles B., age 7 and James Ira, age 2; and several uncles and aunts. Mr. Ginnings was a rural mail carrier out of Whitewright for 3 years, moving to Whitesboro some 16 years ago, where he carried the mail until failing health compelled him to retire.
