WHITESBORO - Funeral services for Charlotte Owsley Loftin, 75, of Whitesboro, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Richards Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Whitesboro Cemetery. Mrs Loftin died Thursday morning at a Sherman nursing home. Mrs. Loftin was born Oct. 31. 1898, in Denton. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alvin C. Owsley. She married John A. Loftin September 2,1924 in Denton. Mrs. Loftin was a teacher in Whitesboro for 35 years and was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, John A. Loftin of Whitesboro; and one brother, Clark Owsley of Denton.
