State Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas March 27, 1985 Faelyn Ann Rogers, Appellant A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated kidnapping. The court assessed punishment at 30 years. Appellant alleges five grounds of error, including a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Faelyn Ann Rogers kidnapped Jo Lynn Rogers to get revenge on Ted Murf Rogers, her husband.
