Troy Edwin Kerr, 78, passed away on December 17, 2018 at his home in Callisburg, Texas. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville. Interment followed at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro.
Troy was born on December 18, 1939 to Leonard Kerr and Estell Thompson Kerr in Stamford, Texas. He married the love of his life, Lenora Weir Kerr.
He is survived by his wife; daughter, Patty Dodd and husband, Darren, of Gainesville; son, Mark Kerr and wife, Mary, of Callisburg; brother, Dale Cone of Collinsville; sister, Anita Davis of Ennis; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
