services for Charlotte M. Henry, 76, of Sadler were held Monday,
November 16, 2015 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev.
Jerry Henry officiating. Interment followed at Oakwood Cemetery.
She went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 12 at her
home. She was born September 9, 1939 in Pampa, Texas, daughter of Ralph Oliver Mangel and Dorothy Mae Archer. She married Billy C. Henry June 12, 1956 in Wheeler, Texas. She was a member of Sadler Baptist Church. She earned her Bachelor of Science from East Texas State University. She worked as the Director of Nursing at Medical Plaza of Sherman, the Gainesville State School, and Chapel of Care Nursing home before retiring due to illness. She made and painted ceramics as a side profession. She is survived by her husband; daughters, Cathie Lynn Freer and husband, George, of Sherman and Terri Rene Cook of Sherman; sons, Kenneth Wade Henry of Sadler and Jerry Don Henry and wife, Laura, of Sadler; grandchildren, Cynthia Flores, Steven Henry, Billy Riddle, Christopher Henry, Richard Henry, James Henry, Samantha Ward, and Timothy Henry; 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Vernon Mangel and grandchildren, Zane Choitz and Lucas Henry.
