 Whitesboro  H. J. V. Freeman 29 December 1907 - 30 January 1981 Gainesville Daily Register Sunday, February 1, 1981 Haywood J.V. Freeman, 73, Sherwood Shores, died Friday in a Madill, Oklahoma hospital. Freeman was born December 29, 1907 in Hanley and was a retired machinist. He married Ruth Holder in Archer City on April 20, 1937. Survivors include his wife; sons, Marl Freeman of Odessa and Dwain Freeman of Lake George, Colorado; one brother, Robert D. Freeman of Ft. Worth; two sisters, Bobbie Joe Pinson of Garland and Nancy Elliott of Wichita Falls; and two grandchildren.
