Davis 23 December 1941 - 7 June 2000  Johnny Lynn Davis 7 July 1964 - 21 March 1980 Gainesville Daily Register Sunday, March 23, 1980 Johnny Lynn Davis, 15, of the Collinsville Care Home, died Friday in a Sherman hospital. He was born July 7, 1964 and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. He was a muscular dystrophy patient and had been associated with the Jerry Lewis telethon. Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Davis; sister Mrs. Gerald Hampton; and Mr. and Mrs. Luther Davis; and one niece.
