Funeral services for Glenn Butts were held in Aransas Pass with burial in Whitesboro. He died October 22, 1984 in an Aransas Pass hospital.
He was born December 27, 1905 and married Faye Harbison June 9, 1930 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. They moved to Olney, Young Co., Texas in 1942, living there until 1976 when they moved to Aransas Pass.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Dorothy Roberts of Aransas Pass and Glenda Vaughn of Arlington; son, Chester Butts of Little Rock, Arkansas; five granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.
