 Whitesboro  Katy Jo Morris 11 October 1975 - 27 November 2013 Age 38  Durant Daily Democrat November 30 - December 1, 2013 Katy Jo Jordan Morris, 38, of Lewisville passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 in Grapevine. She was born October 11, 1975 in Lubbock, Texas to Stanley and Cynthia Watson Jordan. Katy married Jack Morris October 12, 1992 in Whitesboro. She was a member of Northview Baptist Church in Lewisville and worked as the church director of ministries. Katy is survived by her husband; children, Cassie, Maddy and Jackson; parents; brother, Mitchell Jordan; and sister, Roni McDaniel. She was preceded in death by sister, Tracey Jeanette Jordan. Funeral services to celebrate Katy's life were held Wednesday morning, December 2, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Lewisville. Interment followed at Oakwood Cemetery, Whitesboro. The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Northview Baptist Church Choir Department.
