Funeral services were held Wednesday in Huff Funeral Home Chapel, Whitesboro. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery, Whitesboro. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, John R. Phelps, five brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include her sons, Jeffery Lynn Phelps of Ft. Worth and Kenneth Martin Phelps of Weatherford; daughter, Connie Sue Phelps of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Phelps, John Robert Phelps, and Joshua Martin Phelps; and several nieces and nephews.
