The Dallas Morning News Tuesday, August 24, 1965 Section D, pg.5 Whitesboro, Texas (Sp) - Funeral services for John Edward Pitts, 70, a retired farmer and trucker, were held in the Richards-Beck Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Whitesboro Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Janet Snider, of Dallas.  William A.
