 The Herald Democrat April 8, 2011 WHITEWRIGHT - Services for Charlotte Murphree Ball, 68, of Whitewright, Texas are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Eubank Chapel with Bro. Bob Elliott and Bro. Leroy Crane officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton. Burial will be in White Mound Cemetery in Tom Bean, Texas. She passed away April 6, 2011 in Frisco, Texas. Mrs. Ball was born December 14, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to J.C. and Nellwyn Crane Murphree. She was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was a volunteer at Wilson N. Jones Hospital for 15 years. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and family genealogy. Surviving are her husband, Gerald A. Ball of Whitewright; daughter, DeAnna and Jeffery Bates of Sherman; sons, Gerald Allen II and Cathy Ball and Rodney Glen and Erika Ball, all of King & Queen, Va.; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sisters, Susie Bridgeman of Garland, Texas and Norita Gail Freeman of Irving, Texas; and stepmother, Maerene Lambert of Grand Saline, Texas. Family will receive friends Saturday from 9-10 a.m. at the funeral home.
