 Sherman Daily Register Tuesday, September 18, 1900 pg. 1 DEATH OF AN OLD CITIZEN Tom Taylor, Seventy-three Years old, Passed Away Special to Register Van Alstyne, Tex., Sept. 18 - Tom Taylor, an old citizen of the county and brother of John Taylor of this place, died today at his home ten miles west of here. He was seventy-two years old and had been afflicted with gravel for some time. He will be buried tomorrow at the Whiteaker graveyard.
