   Family services for Orville Ray Gaskin, 61, of Sherman were held at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman Thursday, May 21, 2020. Chapel services to celebrate his life were held Friday afternoon, May 22, 2020 at Waldo Funeral Home. He passed away May 17, 2020 in Sherman, Texas. Orville was born January 12, 1959 in Van Alstyne, Texas, son of Ava and Stanley Walkup. He is survived by his wife, Janice Gaskin; daughters, Jennifer King and Tina Garner; grandchildren, Phoenix and Landon King; nephews, Aaron and Eric Cole and Chris Gaskin; and niece, GG Booth. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to all who knew him. He was very hard working and dedicated to his family and work. He loved life, music and playing with his grandchildren. He will be missed but never forgotten.
