  Geraldine Wimpee 17 November 1942 - 14 November 2015 Clyde Wimpee 11 March 1940 - 27 November 2019 wed 11 October 1958  Bells, Texas - Clyde Stanton Wimpee, 79, of Bells, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his residence in Bells. He was born on March 11, 1940 in Sherman, Texas, son of Clyde Stanford Wimpee and Stella Odessa Wimpee. Clyde graduated from Sherman High School in 1957. After graduation he started working for Ashburn's Ice Cream, then started his long career as a Master Mechanic with Anderson Clayton, Kraft, then AGP. His last and current job was working at Walmart. Clyde married Geraldine October 11, 1958. She preceded him in death. He is a member of the Missionary Baptist Church in Sherman. Clyde is survived by his sons, Eric Wimpee and wife, Dana, of Bells, Texas; and Dwain Wimpee and wife, Gina, of Sherman, Texas; grandchildren, Erica Lashley of Bells, Texas; Aron Wimpee and wife, Amanda, of Ft. Worth; Meloni Wimpee of Colbert, Oklahoma; and Dustin Wimpee and wife, Dana, of Cherokee, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Jacob Lashley; John-Luke Wimpee; Hunter Wimpee; Allie Lashley; Ariel Love; Regina Wimpee and Jesse Wimpee; and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister, Barbara Grubbs. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, December 3, 2019 at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Washburn Cemetery, Bells, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.
