W.R. RIDDLE Mrs. Laura Bessie Jane Riddle, wife of W.R. Riddle, died at her home a mile south of town Wednesday night at 11:10 o'clock following several weeks' illness. The funeral service will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Baptist Church. The service will be in charge of the pastor, Rev. W.H. Ackley, assisted by Rev. J.A. Henderson. Burial service will be held at the City Cemetery. Mrs. Riddle is survived by her husband and four small children, two sons and two daughters. The sons are Wandell, 7; Hoyle Trenton, 5; the daug hters, Ola Agnes, 4 and Elba Roy, 19 months of age. She is also survived by her father, George Reynolds; three brothers; and one sister. James A. Riddle 9 June 1937 - 14 October 1937 The Whitewright Sun Thursday, October 28, 1937 pg. 5 James Arthur Riddle, 5 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Riddle, died Monday night in a Sherman hospital, where he was taken for treatment last week. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the City Cemetery, conducted by Rev. L.O. Evans.
