Mr. Troxtell was born in Texas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Troxtell, and was a member of Elmont Baptist Church. Surviving are his daughters, Rhonda Paulette Parchman of Lubbock, Susan Gonzales of Post and Julie Cruz of Van Alstyne; sons, Richard Paul Troxtell of Lubbock and Tim Troxtell of Post; sisters, Maudie Wortman of Cleburne, Nettie Ketner of Howe, Bettye Nichols of Sherman and Loretta Glover of Garland, brothers, Roscoe Troxtell of Tom Bean and Billy Troxtell of Santee, Calif; and 11 grandchildren.
