ALSTYNE - Services for Mrs. Ometa Muriel Clack, 71-year-old Van Alstyne
resident who died Tuesday at the Chapel of Care in Sherman, will be
held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Flesher Funeral Home chapel.
The Rev. Scott Jordan of the First Baptist Church of Gunter and the Rev. Jimmy Tarrant of the First Baptist Church of Van Alstyne will officiate. Burial will be in Van Alstyne Cemetery. Mrs. Clack was born in Texas, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Touchstone, and was the widow of D. R. Clack. She served in the U. S. Army during World War II and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Van Alstyne. Her only survivor is a nephew Jerry Merritt of Hutchins.
