Bill Rhyne

This young man was born 28 Jun 1944 and tragically died 15 Aug 1958.
 He was a school boy and drowned in soil conversation tank no. 31 and
an inquest was held at the 'dam sight' that same day.
He died in Van Alstyne so this is referring to a tank in Van Alstyne.
His father was R B Rhyne and mother, Lucille Stinnett.

She would be buried unmarked in the McKinney 4 Acres section
or the African - American Section
