  Thomas L. Caldwell 25 September 1930 - 3 March 2012  SHERMAN
- Graveside services for Thomas Lee Caldwell will be held at 2 p.m.,
Tuesday March 6, at Van Alstyne Cemetery. Rev. Glen Murphy will
officiate with services under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. Mr.
Caldwell, 81, passed away Saturday March 3, at Texoma Healthcare.
Tom was born September 25, 1930 in Sherman to the late Olen and Pansy (Inman) Caldwell. He graduated from Sherman school and Grayson County College. After serving in the U.S. Air Force where he was stationed in San Marcos and Wichita Falls, Tom worked as a draftsman for many years in the Sherman area. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Caldwell is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jean Caldwell of Sherman; one son, Chuck Caldwell and his wife Tanya of New Braunfels, Texas; one daughter, Jeanette Whisenant and husband Roger of Sherman; and five grandchildren, Cody Whisenant and wife Cassie of Sherman, Kurt Whisenant and wife Holly of Sherman, Brian Caldwell and girlfriend Rose of San Antonio, Julie Caldwell and boyfriend Matthew of Kennedy, Texas, and Laura Caldwell of New Braunfels, Texas.
