Houston - Graveside services for Mrs. Jessie Evelyn Banks Anderson, 83-year-old retired school teacher, who died Sunday at her home in Houston, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
The Rev. Hugh L. Parsons will officiate and services are under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home in Van Alstyne.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Van Alstyne, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alphonso Banks.  She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Texas Association of Retired Teachers.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m.
