Anna - Maude Gertrude Hale, 89-year-old Anna homemaker, died Tuesday at Chandler Medical Center in Chandler, Texas.  Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church in Anna, with the Rev. David Meeks and the Rev. Frank Roberson officiating.
Burial will be in Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Flesher Funeral Home of Van Alstyne.
Mrs. Hale was born in Plano, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Irwin Brimer.  She married Karl Hale
December 14, 1920.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anna.
Suriving are her sons: Clyde Hale of Sherman and Phillip Hale of Chandler; daughters, Sallie Jo Bass
of Duncanville and Blance McKenna, both of Midlothian; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at the family
residence in Anna.
