Jacky passed from this life on July 1, 2019 at home surrounded by family. 
Jacky was born to JT and Mozelle Beck on July 4, 1951 in McKinney, Texas as the sixth of 13 children. 
He had a great love for his family and cherished the times he got to spend with them especially during the holidays when he would prepare his highly requested chicken and dressing.  He took great joy in his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and took any opportunity he had to love on them.  Jacky spent
several of the last years of his life caring for a few of his siblings that needed his help.  Jacky did whatever he had to in order to provide for his family, doing construction work, working with livestock
and other odd jobs to get by. He also served in the military for a time and was honorably discharged.
He was preceded in death by his parent; son, Terry Beck; 2 brothers, Dale and Ronnie Beck; 2 sisters, Shirley Lorance and Sue Burke; and 3 grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Steve Beck and wife, Christy of Whitewright; Jody Beck and Stacy Beck, both of Hondo, Texas; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
His siblings and their spouses, Jerry Beck and Arlene; Cynthia Rostyne; Vickey Gunter and Karen Rainey, all of Van Alstyne, Texas; Larry Beck of Denison; Gary Beck and Mara, Cathy Green of Whitewright, Texas; Kay Nelson and Bobby of Calera, Oklahoma.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning, July 6, 2019 in the Chapel of Scoggins Funeral Home.  Services were under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home, Van Alstyne.  - - - Scoggins Funeral Home
