Anna Cattle Raiser Harry Newvine, Dies

VAN ALSTYNE - Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Flesher Funeral Home here for Harry Walter Newvine, 83, Anna cattle raiser, who died Wednesday in his home after a short illness.
Rev. Ross Bourland of Weston, Baptist minister, conducted the services. Burial was in Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Mr. Newvine was born Dec. 5, 1884 in New York. He was an Episcopalian.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Edward Havel of Anna Route 1; a son, James Newvine of Walla Walla, Wash.; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
