 Gerald Lay January 18, 1937 - May 17, 2013 Graveside services for Gerald Lay age 76 of Van Alstyne will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2013
at the Van Alstyne Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, May 20, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Scoggins Funeral Home in Van Alstyne. Gerald passed away Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Traditions Senior Living Center in Sherman, Texas. He was born January 18, 1937 in Westminster, Texas to Vanus "Bill" and Mary Wolfe Lay. He served in the United States Army and was a retired carpenter. He is survived by his son, Greg Lay of Frisco, Texas. Daughter, April Adams and husband Scott of Sherman, Texas.
