ROBERT ELI HUNNICUTT
Robert Eli Hunnicutt, 49, died at the Sherman hospital Saturday morning after being fatally injured Friday evening when he was struck by a large truck in the south part of Van Alstyne.
Robert Hunnicutt was born in Grayson county, December 25, 1884.  He was married to Miss Della Mae Brown February 1921.
Funeral services were held from the Baptist church, of which he was a member, Sunday at 3:30, conducted by the Rev. Frank Johnston.  Burial was in the Van Alstyne cemetery.
His wife and three children survive.  Four sisters: Mrs. Daisy Batte, of Dallas; Mrs. Frank Savage, of Van Alstyne; Mrs. Ollie Cotten of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Sue Ward of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and one brother, Tom Hunnicutt of Gunter, Texas, also survive.
Yoder Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
