Mrs. Eliza N. Martin, the oldest resident of Van Alstyne, was honored by the entire town two years ago when she celebrated her 100th birthday. With her are three daughters who live here - from left, standing, Mildred Brown, Ellen Phillips and Vera Rogers. Mrs. Martin died Wednesday at age 102.
