Melissa, Texas -- Florinda Teresita Sanchez, 59, of Melissa passed away on Saturday at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Allen. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Van Alstyne. Burial will follow in the Van Alstyne Cemetery.  Rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Scoggins Funeral Home in Van Alstyne.

She is survived by her loving companion Tony Escamilla, son Pablo Garza, Jr., daughters, Olivia Onedia Garza and Clarissa Isabel Garza, and her children’s father Pablo Garza. Grandchildren: Rene Carmona Jr, Samantha Yuliza Carmona, Maximiliano Angel Carmona, Marco Josue Fuentes and Seth Preston Zelinger.  Sr. Brothers: Ricky, David, Fracisco, Joe and Gilberto Sanchez.
