Last Rites Held For
Mrs. D. W. Wilson

Funeral services for Mrs. D. W. Wilson, 62, who died at her home near Gunter at 4:15 p.m. Monday, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Baptist church at Gunter, conducted by the Rev. G. L. Hodges. Burial was in the local cemetery.
A native Texan, Mrs. Wilson was born in Brown county as Callie Elizabeth Miller on December 3. 1876. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving are her husband, David Washington Wilson; five sons, Leslie Wilson of Van Alstyne, Lee Wilson of Southmayd, Berryman and Charlie Wilson of McKinney and Oscar Wilson of Gunter; six daughters, Mrs. Virgil Easley of Dorchester, Mrs. John Whitfield of  Argyle, Mrs. M. C. Ford of Pilot Point, Mrs. A. J. Fox of Gunter, Mrs. J. T. Reed of Sherman and Mrs. W. Farrington of Dorchester; three sisters, Mrs Eddie Yeager of Gunter and Mrs. Nora Kilgore of Greenville; two brothers, Charlie Miller of Durant, Okla., and Lottie Miller of Sherman; 41 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
