SEVERAL DEATHS

Death Claims Numerous Victims, Mostly Aged People.

Mrs. Jane Watson died Monday morning at the home of her nephew, M. S. Coffey, one and a quarter miles south of Farmington. Mrs. Watson was quite old and had suffered from la grippe for three weeks. She was born in Lincoln county, Ky., and came to Collin county, Texas in 1854, where she was later married to Coleman Watson, who has been dead for a number of years. Mrs. Watson later moved to this county, and has since resided within its borders. The funeral services were conducted at the graveside at Van Alstyne cemetery Tuesday afternoon, where the body was laid to rest.
