JAMES E. TULEY FOUND
DEAD IN HIS HOME

Jas. E. Tuley, 64, was found dead in his home on North College Street Sunday afternoon ab out 5:30 o'clock. Justice of the Peace Willie Sutherland was summoned and after holding an inquest pronounced death due to natural causes, supposedly to heart failure.  The names of the children who survive deceased are given as follows: Mrs. Ethel Major of Van Alstyne, Chas. T. Tuley of Gainesville, Bland Tuley of Denton, Miss Annie Tuley of McKinney and W. Tuley of McKinney. Mrs. Tuley and two children had previously died. The funeral will be held at the home of the deceased Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock by the Rev. C. S. Weaver of the First Christian Church. The burial will be made at Van Alstyne. Mr. Tuley was the father of Miss Annie Tuley, the helpless cripple now a patient in McKinney hospital but who has been in Dallas for several months taking treatment and whose hospital expenses are being borne by the McKinney club ladies.
