Alstyne, Texas -- Services for Ola Rae Springfield, 82, will be held at
2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Scoggins Funeral Home. Rev.
Billy Hackler will officiate and burial will follow in the Van Alstyne
Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ola passed away Wednesday, December
31, 2014 in Richardson. She was born February 18, 1932 in Anna to Jessie James and Bertha Harmon Terry. She married James Springfield and he preceded her in death December 15, 2013. Ola Rae Springfield is survived by her sons and their wives, Billy and Julie Springfield and Floyd and Courtney Springfield; sisters; Ruby Ford and Joyce Edwards; and granddaughters, Cassi and Samantha Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Wallace, A.B. and Jesse Terry; and sister Vera Willingham. Services are under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home, 637 W.
