Jack Skipworth Services Today

  Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Flesher Funeral Home Chapel for Jack Howard Skipworth, 55, of Albany, Mo.  He died in Albany Sunday, June 19, 1977.

  Burial will be at the Van Alstyne Cemetery.  Rev. Jerry Scott will officiate at the services.
  Mr. Skipworth was born in Texas on December 13, 1921, the son of Mrs. Ella Skipworth and the late Mr. John Skipworth.  He served in World War II. At the time of his death, he was a steel worker.
  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louise Skipworth, of Albany, Mo.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Connie Stephens, of Puebelo, Colo.; three step-grandchildren; and his mother of Van Alstyne; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Dutton, Howe; Mrs. Mary Johnson, Mesquite; Mrs. Francis Rogers, Norman, Okla.; and Mrs. Vida Jester, DeSota, Texas; and by three brothers, George Skipworth, Jacksonville, Ill.; John Skipworth, Plano; and James Skipworth, Carriere, Mississippi.
