 Fannie C. Shaw 1894 - 1991 Van Alstyne Leader January 25, 1991 P1 VAN ALSTYNE - Graveside services for Fannie Carolina Shaw, 97-year-old Van Alstyne homemaker who died Wednesday at North Texas Medical Center in McKinney, will be held at 10 a.m. today in Van Alstyne Cemetery. Norman Ewell will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home. Mrs. Shaw was born in Texas, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Bruce, and married Henry Evans Shaw. She was a member of the College Hill Church of Christ in Gunter. Surviving are her son, J. T. Shaw of Van Alstyne; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
